Welcome to this month’s color challenge! The colors for this challenge were Shaded Spruce, Mint Macaron, So Saffron, and Whisper White. I really like these colors together and thought it would be easy to come up with a design using these colors! But for some reason it took me a little while to get my creative juices flowing! Part of my problem was deciding on which stamp set to use. Once I decided on the Painted Harvest set, things started to come together. Please enjoy the Card Recipe and Video Tutorial for this card.
Card Recipe/Measurements
- Shaded Spruce: 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ (fold in half for card base)
- Mint Macaron: 4″ x 5 1/4″ (card base), run this sheet through Big Shot with embossing folder
- Whisper White: 4 x 5 1/4″ (inside insert); scraps for flower and leaves
- DSP: 1″ x 5 1/4″
- Clear Blocks: a, b, d
